This page explains what information I collect when you visit this site, book a conversation, or work with me, and how I handle it.

What this site collects

This site doesn’t have accounts, forms, or comments. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see basic, aggregated visit information, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google when you visit.

When you book a conversation

Booking happens through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and any answers you give to its questions. I receive that information so I can meet with you. Calendly handles it under its own privacy notice. Video conversations take place on Google Meet, which has its own privacy policy.

If you email me

I keep your message and my reply so I can respond and remember our conversation. I don’t add you to any mailing list without asking.

If you subscribe to the newsletter

My newsletter, Subtext, is published on Substack. When you subscribe, Substack collects your email address and handles it under its own privacy policy. I can see who subscribes so I can send you issues. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

If we work together

I keep the information I need to coach you: your contact details, the coaching agreement, scheduling and payment records, and my own session notes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your payment details directly. I don’t see or store your full card number.

What you tell me in coaching is confidential. I practice in line with the ICF Code of Ethics. The coaching agreement explains confidentiality and its limits in full.

How I use and protect information

• I use it only to schedule, communicate, coach, and keep records of our work.
• I don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
• I share it only with the services I use to run my practice (scheduling, video, email, payments, storage), and where the law requires it.
• I store records in my email, calendar, and document accounts, and keep them for as long as needed to coach you and to meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements, then delete them.

Your choices
